Mollis is the newest addition to Mater’s growing range of sofas. Designed by the forward-thinking Danish duo Bykato, Mollis combines timeless design with ethical commitments in both wood and upholstery selection. Mollis – Latin for Soft – is upholstered in the new Re-Wool series from Kvadrat, made of partly recycled wool. It’s very deep seat depth allows for the playful positioning of additional cushions. Mollis is delivered with two back cushions as well as the base cushion included. The oak wood is sustainably sourced from well-managed forests, and in combination with the recycled upholstery, Mollis donors the UN Sustainable Development Goals of protecting “Life on Land” (SDGs 15) and “Responsible Consumption and Production” (SDGs 12) and supporting “Partnership for the Goals” (SDGs 17). Design ByKato | DK
